LABOR WARRANTY
Limited 5-Year Workmanship Labor Warranty for Roof Replacement:

This Limited Workmanship Labor Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Gladiator Construction & Roofing ("Company") to the original purchaser of a roof replacement ("Customer") and covers workmanship-related issues for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion of the roof replacement project.

1. Scope of Warranty:
  1.1 Company warrants that all work performed by Company's installers during the roof replacement project will be free from defects in workmanship.
  1.2 This Warranty covers labor costs associated with correcting any workmanship-related issues that arise during the five-year period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Exclusions:
  2.1 This Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by:
    a. Acts of nature, including but not limited to, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, hail or other severe weather events;
    b. Improper maintenance, misuse, or negligence on the part of the Customer;
    c. Modifications or repairs made by parties other than the Company without prior written consent;
    d. Normal wear and tear.

3. Warranty Claims:
  3.1 To make a claim under this Warranty, Customer must notify the Company in writing of the alleged workmanship issue within thirty (30) days of discovery.
  3.2 The Company reserves the right to inspect the roof and determine the nature and cause of the issue before approving any warranty claim.
  3.3 If a valid claim is approved, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected workmanship at no additional cost to the Customer.

4. Transferability:
  4.1 This Warranty is fully transferable ONCE for the remaining duration of the warranty
By accepting the roof replacement project, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited 5-Year Workmanship Labor Warranty.
